Owner / Head instructor
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Chad is currently a Professor level Black Belt. Chad has over 25 years of Mixed Martial Arts experience, training in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, JKD, Kali, Weapons, Muay Thai and Boxing. He has competed on a world level in Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling and has trained extensively in Brazil. His passion for competing has transitioned into teaching and helping others reach their full potential in Martial Arts and Fitness.
Steven Loredo
Jiu-Jitsu Instructor
Steven is a third degree blue belt and has been training for 4 years. You can find him on the mats on most days and teaching the beginners kids class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If it’s your first day or even1000th day, he is sure to greet you with a smile and help you in anyway he can. Having worked in mental health and social services, Steven has become skilled in deescalation tactics that are real world applicable. Since starting jiu jitsu, he enjoys finding the different ways psychology, therapy, and jiu jitsu all mesh together, igniting a passion in him for helping others gain confidence, feel safe, and increase their overall mental well-being.

Coach J.T. was born and raised in Houston Texas. He currently holds the rank of Fourth degree blue belt under professor Chad Kight. You can find him on the mat Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays teaching kids and adult classes.
